Rib Eye Steaks
4 beef rib eye steaks: 1 1/2 in. thick
4 oz. Zarda Steak Rub
1 tbsp of olive oil
Brush steaks lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning over steaks and press both sides, cover and chill for 1 hour. Grill over hot coals for 7 to 8 minutes on each side (rare), 8 to 11 minutes each side (medium), 12 to 15 minutes each side (well done).
