1/2 c. onion thinly sliced
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp of butter
16 oz. of Mama Capri Garlic Marinara Sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tsp of cornstarch
2 c. of precooked rice or your favorite pasta
In a large skillet over medium heat cook onions and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in the Garlic Marinara sauce, add chicken and cover, simmer for 30 minutes. Remove the chicken, keep warm. In the skillet, mix in the cornstarch stirring constantly until it thickens and starts to boil. Serve the chicken over rice and pour on the sauce.
