1 can of Rotel tomatoes
6 12 in. flour tortillas
8 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp of taco seasoning
1 jar of Pain Is Good #218 Smoked Jalapeno Salsa
8 oz. of vegetable oil
6 oz. of sour cream
Brown meat, add Rotel and taco seasoning. Heat oil in a large pan. Place meat in tortilla with 1 oz cheese, fold and secure with a toothpick, place in hot oil and cook until golden brown on all sides. Top with salsa, cheese and sour cream.
