Juan's Spicy Meat & Taters
3 lb. of round steak
2 lb. of potatoes
8 oz. of Pain is Good Batch #37 Habanero Garlic Salsa
1 c. of water
Cut steak into cubes and brown in vegetable oil in a heavy skillet. Peel and cube potatoes. When meat is just browned, add the potatoes and continue to brown. Add the Pain is Good Batch #37 Habanero Garlic Salsa, add the water and simmer until the meat and potatoes are tender. You may have to add a little more water as the potatoes will thicken the sauce. (You can substitute a mild salsa if you want less heat)
