Your diet and our foods If you're on one of the many low-carb, no-carb, no-fat, or low-fat diets out there (more power to you!), then you might be starting to despair that bold taste and culinary refinement are banished from your kitchen table forever.
We're with you; we know quite a few on one well known low-carb diet who are getting mighty tired of eggs. (Hot tip: Top them off with Batch #114 Jamaican Style Hot Sauce or, if you prefer less heat, Fiesta Smoked Jalapeno Salsa.)
Despair not, however: Juan is here. We know of no diet that would forbid you from enjoying a dash of condiment (well, except maybe mayonnaise). Our many lines of condiments and sauces are rich in taste: Small servings go a long way. We also prefer to use all-natural ingredients rather than artificial preservatives and taste enhancers.
Diets and nutritional information We know many of you are on a diet, and we'd love to help. Since it so happens that we also stand by our products 100 percent, we've gone to the trouble of including the entire nutritional label on the products we sell on this site. Yes, it was a lot of work, but, for you, anything. So, if you must count, we tell you down to the last gram what's in the bottle!
You'll notice a few things if you were to go the nutritional information on a few of our products. Most are very low in fat; in fact, many list none at all. Most have very few grams of carbohydrates per serving. Most use very little refined sugar, and many use none at all. Most contain no high-fructose corn syrup. Virtually none use partially hydrogenated vegetable oils; we're good stewards of your cholesterol levels. |
