Position: Formulation Batching Supervisor
Report To: Valerie Lewellen, VP of Manufacturing & Production Tom Clark, VP of Operations
Duties & Requirements:
This is a demanding position that requires, but is not limited to excellent multitasking, flexibility and strong organizational skills. This position requires consistent flexibility and the ability to manage multiple production projects, while meeting production deadlines. It requires a working knowledge of ingredient inventory management, the ability to read measure and follow recipe instruction with complete accuracy. Overall, this position requires a meticulous individual with a general understanding of production safety & security, customer/vendor service, and the understanding of policies and procedures, regarding production and food manufacturing facilities.
These duties and responsibilities are specific to production, but do not exclude the warehouse and administrative areas of the entire facility. Production experience is required.
Compensation: Based on experience.
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge is qualifying.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

- Warehouse Equipment Operation

- Ability to lift at least 50lbs

- Understanding of Recipes and mix instruction
