Original Juan Manufacturing Facility Featured On Food Network’s “How’d That Get On My Plate?”05-Aug-2008
Filming will be done at the Original Juan facility, 111 Southwest Boulevard, August 6th. The featured ingredient will be garlic. The producers will be filming the kettle-cooking process of a Pain is Good brand product.

Original Juan Specialty Foods manufactures a wide variety of gourmet sauces, salsas, dips and condiments using the Micro-Batch™ process. The Micro-Batch™ process is a manner of production that allows a product to be kettle-cooked in small batches with an emphasis on quality and flavor.
Located in Kansas City, Kansas, the company produces over 150 products under 12 different brands. Some of the most recognizable brands are Pain is Good, Fiesta Juan’s, Bilardo Brothers and Mama Capri. Original Juan also manufactures custom food products under co-packaging and private label arrangements using the Micro-BatchTM process.
